We are required your card details to secure your booking, however we won't charge you deposit when you book online.

⚠️ No cancellations or changes allowed within 3 hours of the appointment.

We require that you give us at least 3 hours notice, if you need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment so we can try and allocate that time for another customer. Pim wellness & Spa reserves the right to charge you full amount, if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without this notification.

Please be aware we do not refund in event of No Show unless required by law.
